Grup yang tidak pernah berganti-ganti personel selama masa aktif mereka ini akhirnya harus mengakhiri kesuksesan mereka dengan meninggalnya Freddie Mercury akhir 1991. Sisa personel memutuskan bahwa Queen tidak akan mencari pengganti vokalis lagi yang artinya bahwa Queen sudah berakhir. Walaupun gosip sempat beredar bahwa mereka akan bergabung lagi dengan vokalis Paul Rodgers sebagai pengganti Freddie, namun tampaknya gosip ini belum terbukti sampai sekarang.

4. Saat diri rapuh dan butuh sahabat, nih dia Friends Will Be Friends
Pokoke semua rasa terwakili dah.....
Tanpa mengecilkan arti personel lain, tapi band ini bener2 harus bersyukur dengan kehadiran sosok Freddie Mercury. Selain vokal (menurut gw the best male rock singer hingga saat ini) dan gaya panggung yang super eksentrik dan powerfull, kemampuannya menciptakan lagu-lagu yang mungkin tak pernah terpikir oleh composer lain (kecuali menirunya) adalah aset terbesar yang QUEEN miliki. Dan sampai hari ini, Freddie Mercury masih menjadi pilihan nomer satu sebagai vokalis rock berdasarkan voting di 40 negara : http://www.votenumber1.com/results1m...ocksinger.html.
Gw cowok normal, dan gak peduli dengan gaya hidup Freddie Mercury yang awalnya seorang heterosexual berubah menjadi bisexual sampai akhirnya menjadi homosexual sejati sampai akhir hidupnya. Toh, dia tak pernah membuka "sakit jiwa"nya itu untuk sensasi, kecuali 4 hari menjelang kematiannya.
Untuk yang merasa homophobia, silahkan nonton video "Tribute To Freddie Mercury Concert", di sana ada peristiwa yang sangat mengejutkan, Axl Rose berduet dengan Elton John!!!!!!!, satu hal yang tak pernah di duga sebelumnya dan itu menjadi kejutan di panggung. Kenapa? karena Axl Rose adalah sosok pembenci kaum homo tapi mau berduet dengan Elton John yang 100% homo. Bahkan sudah menjadi kebiasaan Axl Rose sebelum naik panggung yaitu mendengarkan Killer Queen. Hmmmmm.
Jika biasanya sebuah fenomena musik hanya berlaku untuk kurun waktu tertentu, maka kehadiran QUEEN dengan lagu2nya menjadi fenomena di awal karir mereka, kini, dan entah hingga berapa puluh tahun lagi. Lagu2 mereka yang tercipta di tahun 70an-80an, ternyata mampu menembus jaman hingga hari ini. Simply The Genius, Simply The Best.

4. Saat diri rapuh dan butuh sahabat, nih dia Friends Will Be Friends
Pokoke semua rasa terwakili dah.....
Tanpa mengecilkan arti personel lain, tapi band ini bener2 harus bersyukur dengan kehadiran sosok Freddie Mercury. Selain vokal (menurut gw the best male rock singer hingga saat ini) dan gaya panggung yang super eksentrik dan powerfull, kemampuannya menciptakan lagu-lagu yang mungkin tak pernah terpikir oleh composer lain (kecuali menirunya) adalah aset terbesar yang QUEEN miliki. Gw cowok normal, dan gak peduli dengan gaya hidup Freddie Mercury yang awalnya seorang heterosexual berubah menjadi bisexual sampai akhirnya menjadi homosexual sejati sampai akhir hidupnya. Toh, dia tak pernah membuka "sakit jiwa"nya itu untuk sensasi, kecuali 4 hari menjelang kematiannya.
Untuk yang merasa homophobia, silahkan nonton video "Tribute To Freddie Mercury Concert", di sana ada peristiwa yang sangat mengejutkan, Axl Rose berduet dengan Elton John!!!!!!!, satu hal yang tak pernah di duga sebelumnya dan itu menjadi kejutan di panggung. Kenapa? karena Axl Rose adalah sosok pembenci kaum homo tapi mau berduet dengan Elton John yang 100% homo. Bahkan sudah menjadi kebiasaan Axl Rose sebelum naik panggung yaitu mendengarkan Killer Queen. Hmmmmm.
Jika biasanya sebuah fenomena musik hanya berlaku untuk kurun waktu tertentu, maka kehadiran QUEEN dengan lagu2nya menjadi fenomena di awal karir mereka, kini, dan entah hingga berapa puluh tahun lagi. Lagu2 mereka yang tercipta di tahun 70an-80an, ternyata mampu menembus jaman hingga hari ini. Simply The Genius, Simply The Best.

ada di album news of the world tuh lagu2nya mas. pasangan sejati banget deh tu lagu, udah kaya biji. di album track 1 sama 2. klo live juga sering dimaenin berurutan.
